eBookYou is an independent store for eBooks and comics. Every eBook opens straight in your web browser, on your phone, tablet or computer, and every one can be read to you aloud.

eBooks only — no paper copies. Everything here is digital: nothing is printed or posted, so there is nothing to wait for and no delivery charge.

Read and listen, no app needed

There is nothing to download or install: buy an eBook and it is in your library at once. Read it with your choice of text size, font and background, or press listen and choose a narrator — our studio voices keep playing when your phone is locked. Your place is kept between reading and listening, and between devices.

Try before you buy

Every eBook has a free sample of its first 8%, and you can listen to that too. If an eBook still isn't right, our refund policy is simple.

Independent authors, paid fairly

Authors publish here through EYDP — eBookYou Direct Publishing and keep 70% of every sale's net receipts, in every country. Every eBook we publish gets a permanent EYSIN, our eBook identifier. Writers can also start writing an eBook right here, chapter by chapter, and publish it when it is ready.
